Types of Implementation

Clients First offers four basic implementation plans. However, many clients ultimately receive a tailored implementation that's a combination of these approaches.

Clients First sells, supports and implements Acumatica Cloud ERP, ProMRO, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations and Supply Chain. We offer initial implementation of new installations, as well as support for clients who have the software in place but aren't getting the full functionality.

A rapid implementation helps clients meet looming deadlines. This is the most strenuous option and often requires multiple people performing various stages of the implementation concurrently.

Basic

Companies that are comfortable handling the majority of the implementation independently are well-suited to this option. A basic implementation provides the tools and consulting but leaves the client to complete the necessary tasks to get their ERP operational. This is the most affordable option.
