Acumatica New Release for 2018
At this week’s annual Acumatica Summit in Nashville attendees got a sneak peek at Acumatica 2018 R1. Acumatica continues to add new features and functionality to its easy to use interface. Typically the publisher has a major release every 6 months. (Nucleus Research was right Acumatica is easy to use and will continue to add functionality in 2018!)

- The inter-company accounting in the Financial Suite has been updated for multifaceted organizations, simplifying the process of differentiating companies from their branches and departments
- The Sales, Inventory, and Distribution capabilities now include one-click order processing, real-time integrations to popular point-of-sale systems, and an integrated Acumatica Device Hub solution ideal for high-volume fulfillment operations needing to interact with high-speed printers, and other peripherals.
- One of our favorites is within the Field Service suite, with real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, improved tracking of equipment and component warranties, and optimized workflows to support complex service contract life-cycle scenarios. Our target market in the MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) will be very pleased with these enhancements.
- Acumatica 2018 R1 CRM will support multiple quotations for opportunities, real-time Salesforce integration using the latest streaming API technologies, and enhanced workflow embedding back-office operations seamlessly to CRM for optimal user experience.
